[UPDATE] Call Filter v1.03

Call Filter has been updated again !In addition to the intelligent reject feature in the previous release (When callfilter is running in background and user will reject a call, it prompts if the call shall be blocked for a specific interval in next moments) this version includes a "User manual" to help using it ;)
