[UPDATE] Resco News v1.23

The amazing Resco News has been updated to v1.23, this update contains the following changes :

News
- Added three font sizes in articles
- Improved changing of article's read/unread status
- Cached downloaded images won't appear in built-in gallery application
- Automatic detection of character encoding from downloaded source (if channel's encoding is set to default)

Bug corrections
- Crash during import of OPML in advanced import mode
- Crash during start of application
